Joey + Patrick
I’m still on Cloud 9 after this wedding. And it’s safe to say that this couple is on Cloud 100.
Get ready for an insane amount of images from this gorgeous and emotional wedding. But first, we all have to catch up on our sleep!

A Washington D.C. Wedding
Hello from the East Coast! My incredible, beautiful and inspirational friend Kathy and I are here shooting a wedding. And not only do I have the honor of working with Kathy (who’s actually the person who inspired me to pick up a camera again 3 years ago), but we’re capturing the day for my very good friends - Joey & Patrick. I met Joey several years ago through one of my best friends Mia, who is her cousin. Are you still following me? Basically, it’s a big ol’ lovefest and we’re thrilled to be shooting this wedding together. Off to get some sleep before our big day. I’ll check back in with you as soon as I can!

Dreaming of Paris
Just flew back into Great Falls, after making a quick pit spot in San Antonio to surprise my mom on Mother’s Day. I’m already missing Paris, but as they say…there’s no place like home. I am sooooo happy to be home with my man and the pups.
Here’s a shot from our last night in Paris. Much more on the way…perhaps after my emails, shoots, album orders and Joey and Patrick’s wedding in Washington D.C. next week. Yep…I’m leaving on a jet plane again!

Wannabe Paris Photographer
It’s back to reality. Our European trip is officially over. We just landed in Chicago and have a 7 hour layover, so Jessica and I are chilling out and catching up on our emails (and sleep).
Paris is everything we imagined it to be…and more. Crepes and cafés could be found on every corner. French women (complete with high heels, a cigarette and a small dog) strolled down the cobblestone streets with ease. The men rocked their leather shoes and colorful scarves. The buildings weren’t buildings. They were works of art. Breathtaking cathedrals, palaces, museums and domes. Even “simple” stores and apartments were constructed of intricate carvings. Oh la la…and the sexiness. Couples kissed in cafés and under the Eiffel Tower. No kidding! I’ve got proof.
During our first night in Paris, Jessica and I ran to the Eiffel Tower to see the lights dance at midnight. That’s when I spotted this beautiful and giddy Russian couple taking pictures of each other. As you can imagine, I instantly went into photographer mode. I approached them and they happily handed their camera over to me. We did a mini photo shoot right then and there! Meanwhile, Jessica stole my camera to sneak in a few of me in action…Parisian-style. See?!? It wasn’t allllll pleasure. I managed to do some work!!!
When the “photo shoot” ended, they were laughing like, “What is wrong with this psycho American tourist laying on the street for a picture?!?” But I didn’t know how to tell them that I was a photographer because they didn’t speak any English and I don’t know a lick of Russian, so I busted out my charades. I hummed the wedding march song and pretended to take pictures of a couple kissing. And then Jessica joined in and pointed at my camera and wedding ring. The couple started clapping and hugging me.
More stories and images coming soon…

Bonjour!
The food, the beautiful women, the stylin’ men, the architecture, the scenery. There’s so much I can’t wait to share with you! Today, Jess and I took the train to Nice to eat crepes and stick our feet in the Mediterranean Sea. Women were sunbathing topless and little kids were running around naked. Here’s a quick look at our day at the beach. We’re off to a dinner and then to Paris tomorrow. I wish I had more time to post photos for you! I promise……more sooooon!!!!!!!!!!!

Au Revoir!
I feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now! I’m meeting up with my sister Jessica in Denver on Saturday afternoon and we’re flying to MONACO!!! My bags are packed, my camera is charged and my brain is spinning. I can barely sleep tonight. I feel like a little kid on Christmas Eve…but worse. This is our first trip to Europe, so we’re going to soak up as much goodness as we possibly can. We’ll spend 5 days in this amazing place and then we’re taking the train to Paris where we’ll be for 3 days. Oui Oui! I’m bringing my laptop, so I’ll try my hardest to post our photos and adventures when I can.
If you’re a client who needs something urgent, please contact my husband Matt: 406-788-2707.
Bonjour, S’il vous plaît, café…hmmmm, I better practice my French. Au Revoir!
